Ingredients: Ground Beef
Mortadella 600 grs 600 grams Unflavored gelatin
14 g Egg 1
green and black olives 100 g
Preparation:
Place the meat in a bowl, add the chopped mortadella, egg and half of the gelatin. Mix well and place half the mixture into a pie pan. Syndicate pitted olives, cover with the remaining meat mixture. Cover with foil and cook in moderate oven 45 minutes. Cool and unmold.
