BENEFITS OF HAJJ AL SALAT Imam Abu Hanifah CHORD IN DALILA

In a moment that muqallids Ghair present their method of salat (Albania) as the only valid on the basis of Dalil, it is important Sunni Muslims learn to justify that refute these theories Dalil reformists and we show the Hadith that Imam Abu Hanifah used radillahu itjihad anho in its approach to performer salat, according to the Quran and the Hadith. CONFIRMATION CHAPTER THIRTY-THREE (TEST) HANAFY METHOD OF Salaah ( Hands in the namaaz). Using
Takbeer-e-Tahrirna (to start Salaah someone), it is Sunnat for men to raise their hands to their ears. Doing so is proven by many Ahadith. For brevity, we present just a few:

1. Huwairath Hadrat ibn Maalik reported, "When the Prophet used to do Takbeer, he would raise their hands to their earlobes blessed." Hadith 33.1 Other words state that he rose to his earlobes. - Bukhari. Tahaawi musulim. Sahih Bukhari Hadith considered.

2. Baraa Hadrat ibn Aazib relates, "I saw the Holy Prophet lifting (lifting) of his hands to his ears beginning namaaz, After that he never again raise his hands around the salat. 33.1
considered sahih hadith Abu Dawood.

4. Hadrat Abu Qulaaba رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ relates, "Maalik ibn Huwairath رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ saw that the Holy Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم raised his hands to his ears to make Takbeer-e-Tahrirna and the first thing that stood in the ruku was head '. 33.3 - Bukhari, Abu Dawood, Nasaa.
Hadith Sahih.

5. Hadrat Anas narrates رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ, "I myself have seen the Prophet peace be upon him raise his hands in Takbeer-e-Tahrim to live up to their ears, never to rise again around the namaaz." 33.4 _ Mustadraq, Daar Qutni, Baihaqi Hadith considered sahih by Tirmidhi.

1. Hadrat Wail ibn Hajar رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ says, "I have seen with my own eyes the Holy Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم put your right hand over left, below its forced, namaaz. Ibn Abi Shaiba رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ this hadeeth is saheeh in Saheeh chain (heal) and Mutawwatira.
All narrators consider saheeh.

3. Hadrat Ali رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ says, "In the namaaz he did with us these days, the saws placed one hand over another (and in Another narration:" to place the right hand over the left ") and both hands were below navel., 33.6a-Daar Qutni.

4. Hadrat Anas narrates رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ, "Putting her hands folded below the navel was what the Prophet SAW taught us do and we saw him do was a mark of prophecy. "33.7 Ibn Hazm

2. Ibn Shaaheen رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ reports That Hadrat Ali رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ once said," There are 3 things that are habits of prophet PBUH: hunying in breaking the fast, delaying Sehri Placing the right and left below-the handover the navel in namaaz. "

33.6 Whether there is saheeh and Shahada narratives that contradict these hadiths sahih and stories of Shahid, as the Imam in his Usool considered these were the strong and considered so Abu Yusuf and so considered Muhammad al Shabiyani Imam students and members of the generation Tabi Tabiin ul.

Holding hands in public

December 5, 2009 ·

Answered by Sidi Hussain Waseem

Question: Can a husband and wife take her hand in public?

Answer: Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullah,

In general, the Islamic practice is that the signs of intimacy in the private sector are not beyond the public sphere.

But in itself the permissibility of taking hands in public would be referred to the custom of the country.

If it is accepted practice that the partners are taken hand, then it would be permissible as long as there is no indecency in front of others.

If it is accepted practice that couples hold hands, then it would be best avoided.

dubious things (ShubuhT)

Summary of "Minhaj-Qasideen Mukhtasar the"
compendium (Qudamah Ibn Ibn al-Jawzi summary of the - "Ihya '` Ulum al-Ghazzali Din ")
"What is clear is legal and what is illegal and it is clear between the two of them are doubtful matters about which not many people know. So avoids doubtful matters clears himself in regard to religion and honor, but he who falls into doubtful matters falls into what is illegal, as the shepherd who pastures around a sanctuary, all but there. Truly every king has a sanctuary, and the truth that Allah is your sanctuary prohibition. true that the body is a piece of meat that, if caught, the whole body is whole and that if you get sick, all she is sick. It is truly the heart. " [Bukhari and Muslim]

The Halal clear is that it has no element Haram, and rainwater that falls on one's property.

The Haram is clear that some element is haram, whether in the background (such as pork, or eating in vessels of gold) or in the form of acquisition (such as usury, or a bribe).

The question is what is between them, and we can talk about it in the following three sections:

A. When there is doubt about whether there is a procedure that makes PERMITTED inadmissible, or vice versa
There are four cases:

1) that the original prohibition is known, then comes the question of whether the procedure for the provision of allowable has occurred.
for example, a hunter wounds an animal, that later is found dead in the water, so not sure if he died of the wound or in danger of drowning.
is required to stay away from this category of uncertainty.

2) The original permissiblity is known, then comes the question of whether some process that makes haram has occurred.
for example, a man says that if the next bird to fly past is a line, then his wife divorced, and another man said that if a crow then, his wife divorced
. Then a bird flies past, but his identity can not be determined. In this case, none of the wives are divorced.
is cautiously refrain
of things in this category of uncertainty.

3) That the ban default is known, but reasonable speculation suggests that the process of providing halal occurred.
for example, a hunter wounds an animal, and later matched it to find him dead, no brand that is not inflicted wound.
the apparent condition of this category is that of legality.

4) That the original legality is known, but reasonable speculation suggests that a process that would return haram occurred.
for example, two containers of water, if it concludes that the water in a container is filthy, on the basis of some evidence one sees that it is not allowed to use that water for drinking or for wudu.

B. Halal Haram DISPERSION BETWEEN
There are three cases:

1) When a finite amount of Haram is mixed with a finite number of halal.
for example, a single dead animal (or a finite number of dead animals) is mixed between a finite number of slaughtered animals properly.

is required to refrain from all of them.

2) When a finite amount of Haram is mixed with a non-finite (ie very large) quantity of halal.
for example, someone who was separated from her sister at birth, so she knows not, despite still living in the great city itself.
In this case, is not obliged to refrain from marrying a woman from the same city, that might pose a difficulty.

A claim of caution in this case is a false suspicion.

3) Where a non-finite (ie very large) amount of Haram is mixed with a non-finite (very large) quantity of halal.
for example, as is the case today, when the money Riba, bribery, etc. is widely circulated in the market.

In this case, is not prohibited from participating in some of the total amount, unless there is some indication that the amount given or
is part of the haram. It Otherwise, refrain from it is cautious, but not prohibited.

C. REQUESTS
The only valid reasons to ask someone about the source of what s / he is presenting to you is that there is any suspicion about it. This can
occur in one of two ways:

1) There is something suspicious about the person
for example, its appearance is undoubtedly a criminal, or he is wearing the uniform of a military oppressor.

In the absence of such specification is not mandatory can not even ask him, it would represent a distressing Muslim baseless. However, refrain (without asking) is cautious.

2) There is something suspicious in which you are giving
for example, if you know that some stolen goods were found in the market.

In this case, it is not mandatory for buyers to ask about the origin of the goods, unless he is satisfied that the majority (of those available in the market
) is haram. Otherwise, the abstention is cautious. Similar is the case of accepting a gift from someone who has both halal and haram
sources of income. However, if the person is not reliable, or have a vested interest in their acceptance of what he is giving (
gift or goods), then his word is worthless, and should ask someone else.

Ustadh Answered by Zaynab Ansari, Abdul-Razacq

Question: You said: "If you see someone who would like to discuss for marriage and have no idea who this person is or how to contact his family, common sense would dictate that some form of communication." My question is: Can a man talks to a girl and get to know about your personal things without the consent and knowledge of his guardian? The reason why I am asking this question because is very easy to fall and get intimate with others. If this happens, the man proposes to her and the keeper denied, there may be problems. Is not it better to let the tutor know about this from day one?

Answer: In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the universe. May peace and blessings of God will descend on the Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and those who follow.

Dear Brother, Assalamu alaikum

,

Thank you for your follow-up question. Glad you're on the same page. I am certainly not encouraging young people to speak without knowledge of their parents. I think you understand the point I'm doing. As a young man and a woman talking in public about legitimate issues, we can not say that such conversations are illegal. I'm not encouraging people to form relationships and be intimate. I'm saying it does not hurt to ask discreetly if the other person and his family are open to the topic of marriage. If you wish to contact the girl's family, helps to ask (or someone who knows her) how to contact your tutor. Surely you do not have to have any conversation. And if the environment is such that people are easy to fall and make mistakes, then you definitely should follow all conversations with her in front of his family.

Again, what I'm talking about is discreet, friendly conversation, which will help you assess whether there is any basis for even discussing marriage. You do not want to approach the family of the girl without knowing anything of it, then you realize that's not what you are looking for, then the family is hurt. This may also occur.

May Allah reward you,

Zaynab Ansari, Abdul-Razacq

Question: Can I be a vegetarian or vegan?

Answer: Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullah,

As for being vegetarian or vegan then refers to the permissibility of intentions.

If done with good intentions, then it is nothing wrong with that. So if you stop eating meat because animals are not well treated before being slaughtered or the like, then that would be fine.

But if one sets things like, 'we should not eat animals "or" we should not kill creation', then you are not allowed.

Prophet de Alá (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah sean con él) comió carne y por lo tanto no podemos pensar que comer carne es de por sí malo.

POLITICS AND JIHAD IN ISLAM tayammum

LA POLÍTICA Y jihad en el Islam
Una visión general
En el nombre de Alá, el Compasivo, el Misericordioso

Islam como usted debe saber ahora, se basa en un principio fundamental: que es que hay one God, who has no daughters, or children, or partners, or likeness, that nothing is know or can imagine, and Allah is the only one worthy of worship. One consequence of this belief is that a Muslim should try to observe the guidelines given by the Creator in all spheres of life. In this sense, Islam is not just a religion, but is actually a way of life. Devotion to God is not limited to prayer, fasting and charity. Rather, all that a Muslim is not considered a good deed if carried out in accordance with the commandments of God. These commands are communicated to us through the last Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), who was sent to all mankind.

Therefore, it is natural that Islam lays down the guidelines for policy and war. Islam is not simply a system for the betterment of the individual, but is also concerned about the welfare of society in general. Islam prescribes that Muslims should have a leader, or caliph, whose duty is to protect the interests of citizens. This right has six components:

should safeguard their religious interests.
should protect his life and security (to punish the murderers and highwaymen, the provision of the enemy's defense).
should protect morals. (Encouraging marriage; punish adultery)
must protect their reputations. (Defamation punish)
should protect their property and homes. (Promote security, punish the thieves)
must protect his mind. (Education, routing alcohol and drugs).
The leader is accountable to God for these functions. It is reported that one of the early caliphs could not sleep well at night because of fear that somewhere in the streets of Baghdad, a camel can lose your balance, and he (the Caliph), then would be responsible on the Day of Judgement as to why not improve the condition of the street.

In exchange, the rights of people are giving their loyalty and obedience, provided they do not violate God's commands. Abu Bakr, the first caliph, went to town when he took the leadership after the death of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). He said,
"O people, I am one of you whom God has appointed in authority over you, but I'm better than you. You are required to obey me, but only as to act in accordance with laws of God, otherwise you should remove me. "

Islamic political system, then, is a means of implementing the political and socio-economic order established by God. This is necessarily the best system for mankind, because God His wisdom does not prescribe anything other than what is best for us.

I've already mentioned that the Islamic state is obliged to protect the interests of society in general. This includes not only Muslims but also non-Muslim subjects of the state as Jews, Christians, and so on. The latter are called "dhimmis", meaning "covenant people" and not forced to convert to Islam. Are allowed to practice their religion, and even to apply their own laws and courts, in personal relationships such as marriage. However, they are prohibited from making open (ie public) acts that are prohibited in Islam, such as adultery and alcohol consumption. They are not required to pay the religious tax (Zakat), they pay a special poll tax called the "jizyah" in exchange for the privileges of citizenship. Obviously, you may not harbor spies or commit treason. In return, the Caliph must safeguard their rights, so much so that if some of them are captured by the enemy in war, the Caliph is obliged to secure their release, just as he is forced to make the Muslims who have been captured.

Now for a related topic in a way that all too often misunderstood and misinterpreted, which is the concept of jihad. Jihad does not means "holy war", but it is an Arabic word that essentially means "strive." You can take a number of ways, including the struggle of a person against the wishes of his lower self is a form of jihad, struggling against the temptations of Satan is a jihad, as is speaking out against injustice. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) has said that "The jihad is better to speak a word of truth before a tyrannical ruler."

In some cases, no doubt, jihad can mean physical fighting and war. When Muslims are being attacked by an enemy, or their lands are being invaded and occupied, are forced to defend themselves. The Koran tells us to "fight in the way of God those who fight you but do not exceed the limits." The other case that jihad should include the campaign is to eliminate oppression and injustice of land. "Fight them until there is no more persecution."

While fighting these cases, there are very specific guidelines. Muslims should not kill civilians, women, children and men religious, and priests and monks. They should not kill the trees or property unnecessarily. Thus, terrorism is neither sanctioned nor approved by Islam, in fact, convicted.

I have tried to address the main issues of Islamic politics and jihad, and I hope that my involvement has been beneficial. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them. Http://www.witness-pioneer.org/vil/Books/Quduri_Mukhtasar/default.htm
