The Fiqh of Eid al-Adha
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
And peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Chosen Messenger, the Prophet Muhammad, his family, companions and followers.
Islam has two major holidays, Eid al-Fitr (Post-Fasting Festival) and Eid al-Adha.
The word Eid itself is an Arabic word whose root connotation is' that returns again and again, and joy. "His particular application, in Islam, for the two-day festival, is because these two days are intended to be a day of rejoicing. [1]
The Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: "They are days of eating, drinking, and remembrance of God." [Reported by Bukhari in his Sahih, an authoritative collection of the sayings of the Prophet.]
In this spirit, the Quran mentions that "Jesus son of Mary said:" O Allah, Lord of us! We get off a table with food from heaven, which can be a party (EER) for us, for the first of us and for the last of us and a sign from thee. Give us sustenance, for You are the Best of the contributors. '"(Qur'an, 5: 114)
Eid al-Adha
intended as a recognition of the material and Favors spirit of God to His creation, as evidenced by the ritual of sacrifice is necessary for all Muslims able to do, following the Sunnah (way) of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him).
This is a demonstration of total submission to the order of Allah, one submits one's mind, wealth, and the Commander's body and the pleasure of Allah. On this day, Muslims around the world thanks to God for the gift given to them.
's son a lesson in the way of the Prophet Ibrahim when, in complete submission to the divine command, was about to slaughter is very proper, until the last moment Allah sent an animal to be slaughtered Instead, they are many:
The complete submission to the command of Allah, gratitude, love, truth and slavery. On this day, able Muslims slaughter an animal whose meat is eating, and distributed to family, friends and the poor, and leave early in the day to perform the Eid prayer.
Recognizing one's blessings and thanking God for them: Muslims are encouraged to wear their best clothes, give gifts (especially children) and celebrate with family, friends and neighbors.
Recalling the situation of the poor and giving in charity: On the day of Eid, which is especially recommended to give charity.
In this and other media, Muslims want to join to the conclusion between the worldly and spiritual, because he said, "True joy is not (only) on new clothes, but in being true devotion to God."
The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: "For each village there is a party and this is our party." [Reported by Bukhari in his Sahih]
The Fiqh of Eid al-Adha
1. The Eid prayer is wajib. It consists of two rakats, with extra takbirs. The wisdom behind the prayers of Eid, as the days of Eid itself is thank God for his countless blessings.
2. After the Eid prayer, there is a khutba. We must listen to this khutba, and all that did not like on Friday khutba not like here.
3. In the first Rakat the Eid prayer, one gives 3 additional takbir takbirs after opening and the opening prayer, but before reciting the Fatiha. We must raise a hand to each takbir (one of earlobes), as with the opening takbeer.
takbir After each one leaves your hands rest in one of the parties.
A brief pause after each takbir.
One of the more hands, right to left, below the navel, after the third and final takbir.
After this, one recites the ta `wwudh (who seek refuge in Allah from Satan) says basmala (Bismillahi al-Rahman al-Rahim), and recites the Fatiha and another Surah, as usual. The rest of the Rakat is the same.
4. In the second Rakat the Eid prayer, there is also 3 additional takbirs. These are given after one finishes reciting the Fatiha and Surah. They are like takbirs Rakat the first, except that one out of the hands of a party after the takbir third, after he gives one of takbir ruku normal to enter, without raising one's hands.
5. This is the way to give the takbirs sunna in the Hanafi school.
However, if one performs differently magnet, is still a magnet: the practice of the Sunna have been reported in different ways, and the difference between Sunni schools it is in terms of optimization, which is not valid.
6. It is disliked to perform any prayers before the Eid prayer, whether at home or in the place of Eid prayer is performed.
7. It just did not like to perform any prayers after the Eid prayer at the place where the Eid prayer place, not that I did not like it elsewhere.
8. The newcomer, who will miss the additional takbirs the Imam he should make the takbirs immediately, even if the imam is reciting.
9. If you join the imam, as he is in ruku ', you must perform additional takbirs while standing if you will be able to catch the imam in ruku'.
Otherwise, if there is no danger to the capture of the magnet in ruku ', you must give the opening and enter takbir ruku'. Then one should recite the additional takbirs ruku 'before tasbihs of ruku'. You do not raise your hands in ruku ', though.
10. If you lose a Rakat the Eid prayer, one says the additional takbirs after the recitation. This is what has been established through the practice of the Companions of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace).

Walaikum,
Madrassas have been a reality for our Muslim community since the time of the Sahaba, people studied the Koran and the prophetic teachings in different Companions of the Prophet (Allah bless him, his people and peers and give them peace) and the Companions are differences in understanding the details of the teachings of the Koran and the Sunna. These differences were of understanding and methodology, and continued to next generations, until these methods were systematized and judgments derived from them formally recorded by the great scholars of the Age of mujtahids. Four of these had passed mujtahids high schools and taught more widely and thus survived, due to the greater strength of their methodology.
Madrassas, in fact, are a merciful and means of Islamic unity in our community. Throughout history, scholars from different madrasas have studied together, and loved and respected each other. My main teacher, for example, is a Shafi `i. ..
