Ingredients:
3 small tangerines
300 grams sugar 3 eggs
10 tsp corn oil 1 tsp
essence vanilla 600 grams self-rising flour
Preparation:
Cut into small pieces, remove seeds. Place the pieces in blender with eggs, oil, and vanilla, blend until a homogeneous preparation. In a bowl mix the flour with a spatula and add sugar mixture. pour into a mold about 28 cm in diameter greased and floured pan, sprinkle the surface with sugar and bake the suggested time or until inserting a toothpick comes out clean. Can serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
